Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 2026 | Platform Architecture: 100% Client-Side RAM

1. Core Architectural Guarantee: Zero-Server Execution

At UtilyxHub (accessible at https://utilyxhub.com), the privacy of our visitors is our highest priority. Unlike traditional software platforms that ingest, transmit, and process information on remote servers, UtilyxHub operates on a deterministic client-side execution model.

All operations performed across our utilities—including but not limited to metadata extraction, document scrubbing, cryptographic hashing, code formatting, image manipulation, token counting, and financial calculations—are executed entirely within your browser's local memory (RAM) via JavaScript, HTML5 Canvas, and the Web Cryptography API. Your input text, uploaded files, and calculated parameters are never transmitted across the network or stored on any remote server. Closing or refreshing your browser tab immediately purges all operational session state from device memory.

2. Log Files & Edge Infrastructure

UtilyxHub follows standard industry procedures for static asset delivery. Our hosting and content delivery network (CDN) partners (such as Vercel) log standard network-level requests when visitors access the website. These logs contain:

  • Internet Protocol (IP) addresses
  • Browser user-agent strings and browser versions
  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) network identifiers
  • Date and timestamp headers
  • Referring and exit page paths

These technical connection logs are not linked to any personally identifiable information (PII) and are utilized solely for analyzing trends, preventing distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, managing server uptime, and optimizing edge caching performance.

3. Cookies, Web Beacons & Third-Party Advertising

UtilyxHub does not use first-party profiling cookies or session trackers to store personal information. However, third-party service providers and advertising partners may utilize cookies, web beacons, and JavaScript tracking technologies on our site.

Google DoubleClick DART Cookies: Google is a third-party vendor on our site. Google uses cookies, known as DART cookies, to serve advertisements to site visitors based upon their visit to utilyxhub.com and other sites across the internet. Visitors may opt out of the use of DART cookies by visiting the Google Ad and Content Network Privacy Policy at: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

4. GDPR Data Protection Rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), users located within the European Economic Area (EEA) possess specific statutory rights regarding their personal data:

  • The Right to Access: You have the right to request copies of any personal data held. (Because UtilyxHub operates on a zero-storage model, we maintain no user databases).
  • The Right to Rectification: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • The Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You have the right to request deletion of personal data.
  • The Right to Restrict Processing: You have the right to object to or restrict processing of your data.

5. CCPA / CPRA Privacy Rights (California Residents)

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California consumers are entitled to know what personal data categories are collected and have the right to request deletion and non-discrimination.

UtilyxHub does not sell, rent, or trade personal data or tool payloads to third parties.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Protecting children's privacy online is paramount. UtilyxHub does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe your child has provided personal information on our platform, please contact us immediately, and we will take necessary measures to remove such data.

7. Consent & Updates
